300mm Smooth Hollow Soffit ***Should Not Be Used As Vertical Cladding***

Soffit boards fill the gap between the fascia board and the wall.

Hollow soffit is the best value for money system, it looks like traditional T/G/V soffit when installed.

Please note this product is not UV stable, so is not suitable for vertical cladding of walls, dormers etc.

Consideration needs to be given regarding ventilation to avoid condensation issues and damp roof timbers. Check our vented soffit here
