Delivery & Returns

Collection

If you are collecting from our premises we will advise when the goods are ready by email or telephone. Goods are supplied in 5m lengths so please ensure you have a suitable vehicle to fit them in.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Depending on the delivery area and quantity we deliver with our own vehicles or use one of our trusted carrier partners. Although we try and give an accurate delivery date we cannot guarantee it. Deliveries are dispatched on a ‘next working day’ delivery service. Should you require a timed delivery please advise us and we can arrange this (extra charges will apply).

Returns

Special order goods (items we order in specifically for you) and goods made, finished or cut to your specification cannot be returned if you change your mind. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions of Sale for further details.
